The subscription, guide, and resource-interest forms store your email address, the list you requested, the time you subscribed, and one-time delivery records. Subscribers receive the police report writing guide, weekly Roll Call Brief publication links, The Patrol Review each month, and occasional announcements about new professional resources.

Website measurement

The site uses first-party, privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are visited, which resources are downloaded, where visits are referred from, and whether a device is a desktop, tablet, or phone. A random anonymous browser identifier is stored on the visitor’s device so repeat visits can be counted. The analytics system does not store full IP addresses, names, email addresses, precise locations, or advertising profiles, and the information is not sold or shared with advertising networks. Browser do-not-track settings are respected.

This site does not currently collect payment details and does not use advertising trackers. The policy will identify any payment provider before paid products become available.

Access and publishing

ChatGPT sign-in protects the publishing desk. The site stores the authorized publisher’s site-specific account identifier so that only that account can create and publish briefs.

Changing your mind

Every publication email includes a personal signup-management link. It removes the subscribed address without requiring another account or password.
